Antithymocytic globulin ATG

ATG is used to reduce the chances of rejection in a patient who has been sentisised to the foreign antigens.

Monitor the lymphocyte count and keep it about 0.2. If the lymphocyte count is greater than 0.2 then increase the dose of ATG and if the count is lower than 0.2 reduce the dose.
