Orientation

The image shows the patient's upper back. The patients head is to the top of the image. The patients right shoulder to the right of the image and the patients left shoulder to the left of the image.

Description

This image is shows a skin graft over a large area adjacent to the medial border of the left scapula.

There is a raised granulating area towards the top of the graft this raises the possibility of recurrant disease. However a punch biopsy simply shows healing tissue, so in fact it simply represents healing of an area where the graft did not take.
