Why this site?

This site has been developed as a service to medical students everywhere, it is aimed as an aid to those who wish to further educate themselves. The site contains images of medical problems which non medical people may find disturbing, it is not for the squeemish.

The site has been developed by medical students at the undergraduate and postgraduate level.

Once a medical student always a student of medicine

Information about the person who contributed each section is included.

We would like to dedicate this site to our patients, and gratefully acknowledge the assistance of those who agreed to have their images included.
