Orientation

This image shows an operative speciment lying on a swab.

Description

This image shows two objects lying on a swab, a ruler with millemetre markings is in the lower part of the image.

Above the ruler there are two objects, the one of the left is a 14 mm x 6 mm object like a small stone. It has a brownish colour.

The object on the right is a short tubular structure measureing 24 mm x 10 mm with a blunt end to the right and a transected end to the left, with protruding mucosa. The tubular structure conists of fat inferiorly and an outer layer superiorly that envelopes the mucosa.

It would appear that the stone like structure on the left may have laid inside another part of the tubular structure on the right not seen in this image.
