The bottom of the image corresponds to the top of the iliac crest. The left part of the image corresponds to the patients right hand side and the right of the image corresponds to the patients left hand side.

Bright signals on this MRCP correspond to water.

Description

A filling defect is seen in the lower part of the common bile duct.
